great locationfriendly staffoutdated decorshower leak
the hotel's location allowed easy access to attractions by foot. i also found great restaurants along the same street (i especially liked the pierogi place). the breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or any questions.
the room decor seemed a bit outdated. the bathroom needed some upgrades, as the shower leaked a bit. the tv was also quite small.

the staff was helpful. patricia went out of her way to answer my questions and advise me. i also had a bottle of water in my room.
my room lacked air conditioning, not ideal.

i loved the hotel's location. it was really close to the train for the airport and super close to where the day tours pick you up! my room was HUGE, so much space!!! the breakfast had such a good selection, enough to keep you full all day!
the church nearby rang its bells every hour. it was a little annoying, but i got used to it.

the breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! there was a wide variety of foods available. it was a great way to start the day before exploring. everything tasted fresh, and the dining area was clean.

the staff really helped me. one staff member even arranged my airport transfer. she booked a tour for me before i got there! i asked so many questions, but she did not seem to mind!!!

the hotel's location was the BEST!!! it was so close to the train station. many cool spots are nearby. it made exploring super easy and convenient, i could walk everywhere!!!
